On Wednesday, April 7th, the Brothers of Kappa Sigma at UF hosted the first annual Blacktop Beach philanthropy at the Kappa Sigma house. The event featured a sandcastle building contest, along with live music and a barbecue. The brothers put a lot of hard work into the event, working for weeks to fill the entire parking lot with sand. The event was a great success, with the ladies of Zeta Tau Alpha winning the sandcastle contest, and the ladies of Delta Zeta winning overall.
