Future Home of The Kappa Sigma Fraternity

Recolonization in 2001 brought new life to the Delta-Delta chapter here at the University of Florida. The next big step was housing. Our new house was finally completed in January 2008. The new house sleeps 50 Brothers and a House Director. Since moving in we have grown to 130 brothers strong, setting new records, winning awards, and performing well in Greek philanthropy events. We thank all of our Alumni Brothers who donated to the Crescent House Campaign and encourage all Alumni to make a pledge to help us today. The Crescent House Campaign is still underway and has a goal to raise an additional $700,000 by 2013. In order to meet our bank obligations we need to hit that goal. We can do it one dollar at a time with your help.

The Crescent House Campaign Committee, along with the boards of the Delta Rho Chapter House Association and the Delta Rho Educational Foundation would also like to thank everyone for helping to make our new home a reality. Our 25,000 square feet home is clearly the nicest house on campus and a shining star for Kappa Sigma across the nation! The design of the new house reflects the Delta Delta Chapter’s role as the finest fraternity on campus. It has already become a sought-after privilege to live in the new house.
